Use Approved HazMat

List approved HazMat in one place

  • Create an Authorized Use List (AUL) of approved hazmat used by your organization.
  • Attach Safety Data Sheets to each listed product.  SDSs can be viewed in various parts of the software.
  • Associate key HazMat characteristics such as manufacturer, issue units, flammability, etc.

Manage HazMat Orders

Start the management of hazmat orders during the procurement phase.

  • Start by entering orders into the software.
  • Track Order Receipts.
  • Received items are reviewed and then automatically stocked into the facilities hazmat inventory.
  • Cancelled orders are also listed.
  • Various reports are available to determine the costs of orders by product, month, year, etc.

Stock Products

Received hazmat products are stocked into inventory with barcode labels affixed.

  • Receive and stock hazmat increasing product counts in storage.
  • Barcodes are created during stocking and are affixed to each can, bottle, drum, etc.
  • Stocked items can be tagged to department or other ownership.

Issue Products and Manage Re-Use

Issue HazMat on-demand.

  • If Hazmat shows 'Available Amounts on hand', it can be issued.
  • Issues can be controlled by who owns the hazmat, in addition to if department or organization entity is approved to receive the hazmat using Authorized Use Lists (AULs).
  • Receipts can be generated following issue.
